தமிழக கவர்னர் இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையில்
என்ன செய்யலாம் என்று ஆலோசனை
கூறும்போது கூறுவது –
திருமதி சசிகலா மீதான கிரிமினல் வழக்கின் தீர்ப்பு
வெள்ளிக்கிழமையோ, திங்கட்கிழமையோ வெளிவரும்
என்னும் நிலையில், இப்போது கவர்னர் அவருக்கு
பதவியேற்பு சடங்கை நிகழ்த்தி வைப்பது சரியாக
இருக்காது….
ஒருவேளை தீர்ப்பு திருமதி சசிகலாவிற்கு எதிராக
அமைந்தால், பெரும் குழப்பம் உண்டாகும். எனவே,
இந்த பதவியேற்பை சிறிது தள்ளி வைப்பது எந்த விதத்திலும்
தவறு அல்ல என்று சொல்கிறார்…

இந்த கிரிமினல் வழக்கு தொடரப்படுவதற்கே

எந்தவித காரணமும் இல்லாமல் –
திடீரென்று மன்னார்குடி குடும்பத்தின் மீது
பெருங்கருணை கொண்டு –
தமிழக கவர்னர் உடனடியாக திருமதி சசிகலாவை
முதலமைச்சராக பதவியில் அமர்த்த வேண்டும் –
தவறினாலோ, தாமதித்தாலோ ஜனாதிபதி அவரை
(தமிழக கவர்னரை….!!! ) “டிஸ்மிஸ்” செய்ய வேண்டும்

கட்சியின் ராஜ்யசபா எம்.பி. சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி ஆதரவு
தெரிவித்து வருகிறார்.
இதே சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமிதான் ஜெயலலிதா, சசிகலா
சிறைக்கு செல்ல காரணமான சொத்துகுவிப்பு வழக்கையும்
தொடர்ந்தவர்.
தற்போது, தமிழக அரசியல் குழப்பங்களின் பின்னணியில்
பாஜக தலைவர்கள் சிலர் இரு அணிகளின் பின்னணியிலும்
இருக்கிறார்கள் என புது அணுகுண்டை வீசியுள்ளார்
சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி.
அதே நேரத்தில் பாஜக தலைமையோ மத்திய அரசோ இந்த
விவகாரத்தில் தலையிடவில்லை. பாஜக தலைவர்கள் சொந்த
ஆதாயங்களுக்காக தலையிடுகிறார்கள் என கூறியுள்ளார்
சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி.
இந்த விஷயத்தில் தாமதம் செய்யும்
தமிழக ஆளுநர் வித்யாசகர் ராவை ஜனாதிபதி
பிரணாப் முகர்ஜி உடனே நீக்க வேண்டும்; இது தொடர்பாக
ஜனாதிபதிக்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பி வைத்துள்ளேன் எனவும்
சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
தனது சொந்த கட்சியான பாஜகவை கூட குறை கூறிக்கொண்டு
திருமதி சசிகலாவிற்கு ஆதரவாக பேசுகிறார் சு.சா.
திருவாளர் சுப்ரமணியன் சுவாமியின் இத்தகைய
நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு கீழ்க்கண்ட இரண்டில் எதாவது ஒன்று
தான் காரணமாக இருக்க முடியும்….
1) மன்னார்குடி தரப்பிலிருந்து சு.சு.வுக்கு “ஹெவி”யாக
எதாவது கிடைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்….
அல்லது
2) சு.சு.வுக்கு சித்தக்கோளாறு ஏற்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்…
சு.சுவாமி மிகவும் சுத்தமானவர் என்று அவரது ஆதரவாளர்கள்
கூறிக்கொள்கிறார்கள்… அது உண்மை என்றால், முதலாவது
காரணமாக இருக்க முடியாது….
அப்படியென்றால் –
இரண்டாவது தான் காரணமோ…?

Dear Sir, I have a suggestion.The Tamil Nadu Governor, using his discretion, ask all MLA to visit their constituency for a week from today to assess the opinion of the people in their constituency and then ask them to choose their leader in the assembly.By this he can avoid unnecessary controversies and people voices are also taken care of.

தமிழக உட்கட்சி விவகாரத்தில் மத்திய அரசு தலையிட முடியாது என்று மத்திய உள்துறை மந்திரி கூறுவது …. ? வாக்களித்த தமிழக மக்களின் தற்போதைய மனநிலைக்கு சரியான தீர்வு கூறப் போவது யார் … ? வாக்களிக்காதவர்கள் அரசை விமர்சிக்க உரிமையில்லை — என்று சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் சில தினங்களுக்கு முன் கூறியது ” விமர்சிக்க ” மட்டும் தான் பொருந்துமா …? ஒரு நல்ல முதல்வர் தமிழகத்திற்கு தேவை என்று கேட்க வாக்களித்தவர்களுக்கு உரிமையில்லையா … ?
வாக்குகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்கும் நீதித்துறை — மக்கள் வாக்களித்து தேர்ந்தெடுத்த எம்.எல்.ஏ . க்களை ஓரிடத்தில் அடைத்து வைப்பதும் — அவர்களை தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடியாதவாறு செய்வதும் என்ன நியாயம் என்று கேட்க முடியாதா … ?
தமிழகத்தில் நிலவும் தற்போதைய நிலைக்கு முடிவுதான் என்ன … ? ” ராமன் ஆண்டாலும் — ராவணன் ஆண்டாலும் எனக்கொரு கவலையில்லை ” என்கிற மனப்போக்கு மத்தியில் நிலவுவதை பற்றி என்ன கூறுவது ….?
Since legal issues are involved in this ,as expected ,directly opposite views are expressed by legal experts –Soli Sorabjee said that the Governor can wait – There are others other than Swamy like Aryaman Sundaram, and Ramachandran who hold the same view as Swamy — In this context it is worthwhile reading article 163 (2) A of the constituion –The Governor has also studied law but he would be consulting constitutional experts —
In all probability there may be a floor test —

(1) There shall be a council of Ministers with the chief Minister
at the head to aid and advise the Governor in the exercise of
his functions,
– except in so far as he is by or under this constitution
required to exercise his functions or any of them –
IN HIS DISCRETION
(2) If any question arises whether any matter is or is not
a matter as respects which the Governor is by or
under this Constitution required to act in his discretion,
THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR
IN HIS DISCRETION
SHALL BE FINAL,
and the validity of anything done by the Governor
shall not be called in question on the ground that
he ought or ought not to have acted in his discretion.

Mr K M , though some legal experts say that the Governor can wait till the verdict is pronounced there is no guarantee that the verdict will be pronounced on Monday itself-it may be even on Friday next–
Let us hope that the Governor takes a decision that will be in the intrest of the state and in keeping with the wishes of the people , though the wish of the people receedes into the back ground once they vote and elect their representatives —

காசுமில்லை லூஸுமில்லை. மத்தியில் ஆட்சியில் இருக்கும் பி.ஜே.பி., இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் யார் தமிழக முதல்வராக ஆனால் கண்ட்ரோல் அவர்களிடம் இருக்கும், மற்றும் எதிர்காலத்தில் தமிழக அரசியலில் ஒரு இடம் கிடைக்கும் என்பதைக் கணித்தே காய் நகர்த்தும். தி.மு.க. & காங்கிரஸ் ஒருபுறம் தக்க சந்தர்ப்பத்திற்காகக் காத்துக்கொண்டு இருக்கும் நிலையில், பி.ஜே.பி ஒரு முடிவுக்கு வரும் வரை எதிர்மறையாக ஏதாவது பேச வேண்டும் என்றால் சு.சா.வை அவிழ்த்து விட்டுவிடுவார்கள். பிரச்சினை தீர்ந்ததும் அவரை ஓரம் கட்டி விடுவார்கள். அவரின் கருத்துக்கு மரியாதை அவ்வளவுதான்.
Some years ago when Swamy was asked about Jaya in some context I remember him saying that her association with Sasikala made her unapproachable and a veil is surrounding her. Now swamy is taking a view that Sasikala must be sworn in as CM. We have to draw our own conclusions.
I think some people are confused about Mr Swamy’s views He was merely reproducing the constitutionalprovisions -Here is another link and se what he says —

Why shd. he take so much of interest
