பாரதிய ஜனதா கட்சியின் தலைவர் அமித் ஷாவின் மகன்
ஜெய் ஷா. நரேந்திர மோதிக்கு பின் அமித் ஷா தான்

நீதிமன்ற நாட்கள் –
அது 2010-ம் ஆண்டு, இந்தியாவின் மூத்த வழக்கறிஞரான ராம் ஜெத்மலானி உடன் ஒரு 20 வயது இளைஞர் குஜராத் உயர் நீதி மன்றத்திற்கு வருவார். நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு குறித்த வாதங்கள் நடந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது, அந்த இளைஞர் வழக்கறிஞர்களுக்கு பின் வரிசையில் அமர்ந்து இருப்பார்.
ஒரு பக்கம் வழக்கறிஞர் ராம் ஜெத்மலானி வழக்கு குறித்த
தனது வாதங்களை எடுத்து வைப்பார். இன்னொரு பக்கம்,
வழக்கறிஞர் கே.டி.எஸ் துளசி, எதிர்வாதங்களை எடுத்து
வைப்பார்.
இந்த இளைஞர் வழக்கறிஞர்களின் வாதங்களில் கவனம்
செலுத்துவதை விட மிகக் கூர்மையாக நீதிபதியின்
முகபாவனைகளை கவனித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பார். வழக்கு
நடந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது, ஹனுமன் மந்திரங்களை
உரக்க வாசிப்பார்.
அந்த இளைஞர் வேறு யாருமில்லை. அவர்தான் ஜெய் .
அமித் ஷாவின் ஒரே மகன். 2010-ம் ஆண்டு வரை, அதாவது இந்த வழக்கு நடக்கும் வரை இவர் யார் என்றே யாருக்கும் தெரியாது.
என்ன வழக்கு அது?
சொஹராபுதீன் என்கவுண்டர் வழக்கில், 2010-ம் ஆண்டு
சிபிஐ-யினால் அமித் ஷா கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். அந்த
வழக்கின் பிணை விசாரணை நடக்கும் போது, ஜெய் ஷா
நீதிமன்றங்களுக்கு வர தொடங்கினார். அப்போதுதான் பொது
மக்களுக்கும், ஊடகங்களுக்கும் அவரை கவனிக்க
தொடங்கினர்.
அந்த வழக்கில் குஜராத் நீதிமன்றம் அமித் ஷாவுக்கு பிணை
வழங்கியது. ஆனால், உச்சநீதிமன்றம், அவர் குஜராத்திற்குள் நுழைவதற்கு தடை விதித்தது. அந்த சமயத்தில் அமித் ஷா டெல்லியில் தங்க தொடங்கினார்.

தொகுதியிலிருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தார்.
ஆனால், அமித் ஷா நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுகளினால், தனது
சட்டமன்ற தொகுதியைவிட்டு வெகு தொலைவில் தங்க
நேரிட்டதால், ஜெய் ஷா தனது தந்தையின் தொகுதி
வாக்காளர்களின் பிரச்னைகளையும், அவர்களின்

அதுமட்டுமல்ல, தனது தந்தையின் பங்குசந்தை வணிக
தொழிலிலும் கவனம் செலுத்த தொடங்கினார்.
அந்த கடினமான காலக்கட்டத்தில் ஜெய் ஷாவை கூர்ந்து
கவனித்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டும்தான் தெரியும், அந்த இளைஞர்

I don’t always reply , as and when I find time and I reply – rest be assured that there is no other reason. I have already written that the loans were against the security – in LC the goods in question is the primary security – in addition Shah had mortgaged his private properties . Well, the wire has alleged just like that so many things , which they will face tough questions in the court. Under the BJP rule the unconventional energy out put has increased manifold – obviously being a green field project there must have been new players – I say please go to court , if Shah has not delivered the required deliverables .
The private finance is a private finance , you have to ask the person who gave the money. Was there any benefit accrued to the person who gave the money , NO was there a corruption – A BIG NO . You know the pepper spray Reddy ( from congress ) had a NPA of 9000 crores . I don’t know what happened to that ? Please note that none of the NPA is given during BJP rule. Supreme court judge becoming a Governor is not the first time , various other cases of riots have been dealt by other judges and every one has released Modi and Shah . Did they all become a Governor , very weak argument Mr.Elango.

I don’t close my eyes and support – I have seen Modi’s mother used Auto rickshaw , ( she is 90+), her dress is ordinary cotton sarees , they have ordinary plastic chair which you will find in your home or my home, Modi’s brother doesn’t lead a luxurious life , one of his niece could not be treated and died . For example , Uber or Ola is world’s largest taxi service – but they don’t even own a single car. ( when lakhs of people employed or engaged in the taxi driving – it doesn’t comes under employed category – age old tradition of un employment figures does not alter , despite these drivers /owners earning a sizable income- that is different topic anyway) – What is happened in taxi , can happen in the truck transport . Big bus provides tickets without owning a single ticket . Imagine the same concept in farming – some thing similar to co-operative farming . Banking is changing – no more so many branches are required , what they need is a good network, very good system and innovative services . From murukku to kadalai mittai – are available through the net .
Now comes to your banking officer article – I am surprised that he did not ( also you ) quote a single incidence of Banking officials giving money to so many politicians or traders / smugglers – who were caught with the new notes with full bundles in tact . They were caught in radio stations / houses / on roads ( like our Sekhar Reddy ) – I am yet to know the action taken for those branch managers from where these people got money.
I have already told you , Sorabudeen case was an encounter – argued by Ram Jethmalani. He was criminal chased by 4 states of police ( only parties like DMK can support venkatesa pannaiyaar – ) , he handled automatic weapons , engaged in the extortion – Govt of the day must have had a valid reason to eliminate him , and it got cleared in the court , may be at some stage court might have raised some doubt , it is a legal case settled now. Gopal Subramanian is the advocate who argued – this Gopal subramainan is the old who filed affidavit that Rama is a myth and sethu bridge is not real , and he went to Padmanabha temple , and said they have to recite vennkateswar suprapatham every day ( the rituals are different in that kearla temple) and now he argued for fire crackers ban – he is a Anti hindu , listen to him he speaks the way his English ( queen English ) – he almost became a judge in supreme court , imagine what an havoc he can make as judge .
On the Demonetization, I agree that corrupt bank managers need to be put behind the bars , strip them off their benefits , terminate . You all kept saying that all of the monies had come back so there is no black money. Who brought their money back to the accounts , have left a digital history , may be they have taken out their money now , but record is there , so Govt will look for unusual transactions and will go behind them ( the three lakh crore in two lakh companies etc., are result of this demonetization ) . Plus lots of rules for buying land , or limit on cash expenses , all this will result in transactions has to be white – tax compliance will be more .
