   becoz , spectrum amount doesn’t come in 1year. Govt shall collect it over period of 20-30 yrs.
   So this amount doesn’t make big impact on union govt annual income.
   Do not listen to him as he is just creating illusions. Thats y BJP doesn’t consider his words seriously.
