கிழக்கு குஜராத்தில்,
சர்தார் சரோவர் அணையை ஒட்டி –
நர்மதா நதியின் குறுக்கே,
ஒருமித்த இந்தியாவை உருவாக்கிய இரும்புத் தலைவர்
சர்தார் படேல் அவர்களுக்கு –
597 அடி (182 மீட்டர் ) அடி உயரத்தில் ஒரு சிலை அமைப்பது….!
மோடிஜியின் கனவுத்திட்டம் –
நிறுவப்பட்ட பிறகு, உலகிலேயே மிக உயரமான சிலை
என்கிற பெருமையை இந்த படேல் சிலை பெறப்போகிறது.
( அடுத்து இதை விட ஒரு அடி உயரமாக வேறு எந்த
சர்வாதிகாரியாவது ஒரு சிலையை அமைக்கும் வரையில் ….!!!)
ஆனால், உலகின் மிக உயரமான சிலையை உருவாக்கிய
பெருமையை பெறப்போவது – இந்தியா அல்ல….
இந்திய தொழிலாளிகளும் அல்ல…
அதற்கான தொழில் திறனும், தொழிலாளிகளும் இந்தியாவில்
இருந்தாலும் –
2019 தேர்தலுக்கு முன்னதாக, இந்த சிலையை
தயாரித்து முடிக்க இந்தியாவால் முடியாது என்பதால் –
ஏப்ரல் 2018-ல் சிலையை தயாரித்துத் தர ஒப்புக்கொண்டிருக்கும்
ஒரு சீன நிறுவனத்திற்கு இந்த 2989 கோடி ரூபாய் திட்டத்தின்
முக்கிய பகுதியான சிலையை உருவாக்கும் பொறுப்பு
கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
குஜராத்தின், அஹமதாபாத் நகரத்திலிருந்து 6132 கிலோமீட்டர்
தொலைவில் – கிழக்கு சீனாவில் நாஞ்சாங்க் மாநிலத்தில்
அமைந்துள்ள Jiangxi Tongqing Metal Handicrafts Company –
யின் 700 சீனத் தொழிலாளர்கள் தான் உலகிலேயே உயரமானதாக
அமையப்போகும் இந்த சிலையை தயாரிக்கும் பெருமையை
கின்னஸ் புத்தகத்தில் பதிந்து இடம் பெறப்போகிறார்கள்.
குஜராத் அரசின் இந்த 2989 கோடி ரூபாய் மெகா ப்ராஜெக்டை நிறைவேற்றித்தரும் பொறுப்பு லார்சன் அண்ட் டப்ரோ
( Larsen & Toubro ) நிறுவனத்திற்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
இந்த சிலையின் மாதிரி வடிவம், டெல்லியில் இருக்கும்
திரு ராம் வி.சுதர் என்கிற புகழ்பெற்ற வடிவமைப்பாளரால்
ஏற்கெனவே உருவாக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது.

இந்த சிலை வடிவமைப்பாளர் – முதலில் 30 அடி உயர
சர்தார் படேலின் மாடல் வெண்கலச்சிலை ஒன்று தங்களால், தங்கள் ஸ்டுடியோவில் உருவாக்கப்படும் என்றும் –
பின்னர் சீன கம்பெனி, இதே மாடலை அடிப்படையாக
வைத்துக்கொண்டு, 597 அடி உயர வெண்கலச்சிலையாக தங்கள் தொழிற்சாலையில் தயாரிக்கும். அது பல பாகங்களாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டு,
இந்தியா கொண்டு வரப்பட்டு, பின் ஒன்று சேர்க்கப்படும் –
என்று கூறுகிறார்.
சரித்திரப் புகழ் பெறப்போகும் இந்த சிலையை இந்தியாவில்
தயாரிக்காமல், வெளிநாடு ஒன்றில் தயாரிப்பது குறித்து
லார்சன் அண்ட் டப்ரோ கம்பெனியிடம் கேட்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
இந்த சிலையை எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் உருவாக்க
ஒப்பந்தப்படி தங்களுக்கு முழு உரிமையை
குஜராத் அரசு கொடுத்திருக்கிறது என்றும்,
சில வேலைகள் (…? ) வேறு இடங்களில் நடந்தாலும் –
இறுதியாக சிலையை நிறுவும் பொறுப்பை –
(அசெம்பிளி செய்யும் பொறுப்பு ….? )
அதை நிலை நிறுத்தப்போகும் நர்மதை அணையை ஒட்டிய
“சாது பெட்” என்கிற இடத்தில் அமைகின்ற ஒரு
தொழிற்சாலையில் தான் செய்யப்போகிறோம் என்று –
அந்த நிறுவனம் பதிலளிக்கிறது.
இது குறித்த வேறு தகவல்கள் எதையும் தங்களால்
வெளியிட முடியாது என்றும், குஜராத் அரசுடனான ஒப்பந்தப்படி,
சிலை தயாரிப்பு சம்பந்தமான தகவல்கள் அனைத்தும்
“classified” என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும்
லர்சன் அண்ட் டப்ரோ நிறுவனம் சொல்கிறது.
அடுத்த பாராளுமன்ற தேர்தலுக்கு முன்பாக –
ஏப்ரல் 2018- லேயே இதை நிறுவியாக வேண்டும் என்று
அந்த நிறுவனத்திடமும், குஜராத் அரசிடமும் –
அதன் முன்னாள் முதல்வர் (….! )

அது என்ன ஆயிற்று என்று கேட்கிறீர்களா ….?

There is also a misconception about Make In India Programme -The programme was designed to make India a manufacturing hub — The aim is also job creation and skill enhancement in 25 sectors of the economy — But we seem to stretch it to every thing -Once a work is entrusted by the government to some company it is left to the company to choose the way it accomplishes the job –Moreover China and other countries will be involved in other projects like Bullet train and Smart Cities –So obviously Make InIndia does not mean make every thing in India –No country is equipped to do that , including the USA -Its market is flooded with goods made in China—I was surprised to see a Made In India shirt in USA —
BTW the phrase “Ache Din ” also suffers from misinterpretation–
