   ஓ…கார்த்திகைச் செல்வனா? யாரோட அல்லக்கை இவர் என்பது நமக்குத் தெரியாதா?.

   இந்த அல்லக்கைக்கு நான் கேள்விகள் கேட்கிறேன்.
   1. அரசியலில் எதற்கு நுழைகிறார்கள்? பொதுமக்களுக்கு உழைக்கவா? இல்லை கார்ப்பொரேட் மாதிரி கட்சியை ஆக்குவதற்கா?
   2. எதற்காக அரசியல்வாதிகள் டிரஸ்ட் வைத்து காசைச் சுருட்டி அதில் போடுகிறார்கள்?
   3. தனியார் கல்லூரி, பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் எதற்கு ஆரம்பிக்கிறார்கள்? கொள்ளையடிப்பதற்கா என்று இந்த அல்லக்கை கேட்பாரா? எத்தனையோ ஊழல்கள் நடந்து செய்திகள் வெளியில் வந்ததே..அப்போது அவரது தொலைக்காட்சித் தலைவரைப் போய் பேட்டி எடுத்து மக்களுக்கு செய்தியைச் சொல்லியிருக்கிறாரா?
   4. வேற மதத்து ஆட்களை என்றாவது பேட்டி எடுத்திருக்கிறாரா? இல்லை ஜக்கியை மட்டும் பேட்டியெடுக்கச் சொல்லி அவரது அரசியல் தலைவர்கள் உத்திரவு இட்டிருக்கிறார்களா?

   இந்த மாதிரி ஆட்களுக்கு சரியான பதில்தான் கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. எப்படியோ கார்த்திகைச் செல்வனுக்கு தன் வேலையைக் காத்துக்கொள்ளும் நிர்பந்தம் இருப்பது தெரிகிறது. பத்திரிகைத்துறைகளே அல்லக்கைகளால் நிரம்பிவிட்டது.

   Mr. Jaggi is clearly admitting that he is running a business institution to sell his products and services (yoga, sivarathiri services, in-campus residential spiritual services, handicraft produces from his volunteers, etc.). He is so smart that he can attract the best of talents from various walks of life as cost-free volunteer laborers for his firm. There are no qualms over that. But why is he not paying taxes? When interested people buy his products and services for prices fixed as per the terms of Jaggi’s institution, why such transactions are considered donations to his trust. This is a gross tax-evasion and he is doing it in broad daylight without fear. Of course, he is not the only one doing this, there are several other institutions belonging to different religious paths doing the same. But this guy is the epitome of all of them. At least Baba Ramdev made part of his company a professional corporate institution that can be taxable. Mr. Jaggi doesn’t want to do that.
   He has built loads of concrete buildings without permission from hill area conservation authority of Tamil Nadu. He was able to do this in both DMK and ADMK regimes. Now he is getting the patronage from BJP, which also sees an opportunity to utilize him and his followers for its political advantage. Mr. Jaggi is so emboldened now that he wants to transfer several of our heritage temples from government to private and vested interests. Many of our temples are also under the Archaelogical department of Govt. of India. Does Mr. Jaggi also want them to be given to private individuals?
   Despite all the misdeeds of Jaggi, I don’t think he will be acted upon by any government in India. Mighty and powerful people (including politicians, spiritual businessmen, judges, ruling class and bureaucracy) are a class beyond the purview of the law of the land. Very sad state of affairs in our country.

     Our country does not require any ‘Trust’ business. This is where everyone creates a Trust, either saves looted money in it, or get foreign funds with dubious intention, or does hawala like some actors and gets commission. If anybody wants to do charity they can donate to Govt, which includes Foreign donors. Instead each one creates their own trust and evades Tax. This is a good way of storing politically earned money and that is why no politician is talking about this.

     Now when it comes to debates, TV channels targets only one religion and that is why many, like me, are inclined to support these people. We believe such institutions are doing to some extend good to the religion. These interviewers like Karthigai Selvan likes are anti Hindu people and if you closely verify, that would either be Christians or will be of DK background.
